Critique Assessment
Critically review another student’s website and provide constructive feedback. This assessment will be graded based on the critical reasoning used by students with reference to good practice discussed throughout the course.
In your critique, you will need to assess how you think your peer’s website works in terms of how it achieves its purpose for its audience. You should critique the way they write their text, choice of videos, how they shoot videos and record audio if they are included.
What will I be looking for? I want to see that you go beyond, “gee that’s a nice website,” to analyzing whether you think it will achieves its objectives. In your critique you should explain whether you think it works based on its purpose and target audience. You should identify where it might improve and offer suggestions. You should also comment on how well they produced content.
This final assessment should be one to one-and-a-half pages long.
