Jonathan Halls and Madeline Finnerty co-facilitated a number of workshops at WAN Ifra’s Summer University in France in July this year.
The last session of the conference featured a walk-through of the processes you may take in changing your newsroom. We promised to post the model as a template on the Web for your reference.
